Eligibility
- This offer is valid only for customers who have previously purchased the same glass from us.
- One replacement per glass purchased.
- Proof of breakage is required.
Discount & Code Usage
- You’ll receive a unique promo code for 50% off the current retail price of the same glass.
- Promo code is valid for a single replacement unit per claim.
- Code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers (unless stated otherwise).
- Code must be used within 3 days of issuance.

- Fill in the Glass Replacement Form on our website.
- Receive your unique promo code via SMS or email.
- Use the code at checkout to complete your replacement order.
Limitations
- Replacement requests must be made within 1 year of original purchase.
- The program is limited to individual customers and is not valid for commercial or bulk orders.
Right to Refuse
