1. Is there a physical store for me to visit to check out the glassware?

We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store at the moment. However, if you're interested in any of our tableware and would like more details, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help!

DELIVERY

1. Can I opt for self pick-up instead of having to pay for delivery?

While we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers, we currently only offer delivery services for all orders placed through our platform to ensure a streamlined and efficient process for all our customers. That said, we do offer free delivery services for orders above $80! 

2. How long will delivery take?

We promise we're as excited to send out your order as you are to receive it, so we'll strive to have your order delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

For products that are out of stock, you may still place an order for them and we'll arrange for delivery as soon as our stock arrives.

3. What happens if my glassware arrives broken? 

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority, and it's truly disheartening to learn that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please message us on Instagram or drop an email to waretown.sg@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items in the original packaging so we can promptly send you a replacement.

1. I would like to make a bulk purchase for my F&B space. Do you have corporate discounts?

Yes, we have corporate discounts available for our B2B clients. Please reach out to us for more details on our corporate pricing.
