DELIVERY

1. What happens if my glassware arrives broken? 

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority, and it's truly disheartening to learn that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please message us on Instagram or drop an email to waretown.sg@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items in the original packaging so we can promptly send you a replacement. 

2. How long will delivery take?

We promise we're as excited to send out your order as you are to receive it, so we'll strive to have your order delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

For products that are out of stock, you may still place an order for them and we'll arrange for delivery as soon as our stock arrives.

3. Can I opt for self pick-up instead of having to pay for delivery?

Yes, self pick-up is available at Pasir Ris. Please reach out to us after placing your order to arrange a convenient time for collection. If you’re unable to collect in person, we also provide complimentary delivery for orders above $60.

GLASSWARE CARE

1. Are the wine and cocktail glassware dishwasher-safe?

Absolutely! All of our wine and cocktail glasses are dishwasher-safe for easy everyday cleaning. To help preserve their clarity and finish over time, we recommend using your dishwasher’s delicate or glassware setting when available. For best results, place glasses securely with enough space between them to avoid contact during the wash cycle.

2. How fragile is the glassware considering how thin they are?

Our glassware is designed to feel lightweight and refined without compromising durability. While the glasses have a thin, elegant profile for a premium drinking experience, they are made from high-quality glass intended for regular everyday use. As with any fine glassware, we recommend handling them with reasonable care and avoiding sudden temperature changes or hard impact to keep them looking their best/
